Terms and Conditions of Entry

The allocation of Bond entries shall be on a first come first serve basis. However the Harrow Half organisers reserve the right to refuse to allocate Bond entries to applicants without giving any reason. Applications will only be accepted on an official form.

Bond holders shall be entitled to the rights throughout the Terms subject to the restrictions herein and such other regulations.

The rights and their exercise shall be subject to the following restrictions:

  1. Guaranteed entries shall not be sold or offered for sale, nor may they be used in any way in connection with, or as part of any competition, lottery or promotion. The Bond holder may publicise the availability of Guaranteed Entries to the public in the media and only then in such form Harrow Half shall authorize in writing if necessary.
  2. Guaranteed charity entries shall only be used by a person who is 18 years or older on the date of the event.
  3. Harrow Half organisers reserve the right in its absolute discretion to refuse to allow entry to the Event to any person.
  4. The Bond holder shall be responsible for ensuring the fitness and suitability for the Event of persons to whom the Guaranteed Entries are given.

Bond Entry fees are non-refundable, non-deferrable and non-transferable.

Harrow Half organisers reserve the right at its absolute discretion to change the date of the event, the published route, set up of baggage bays, contents of any goody bags without prior notice.

None of the rights attached to or guaranteed by the Bond may be exercised at any time when monies due to be paid in respect of the Bond remain due and unpaid.

Charities provide their own race t-shirts to their team members

There is no transfer of Bonds from one charity to another under any circumstance whatsoever.

Harrow Half does not offer a ‘roll-over’ facility of unused places from one year to another.

All Bond places must be paid for in full before 31st July 2014.

Bond holders may increase the number of Bonds each year if Bonds are available

Charities must advise participants not to bring excessive valuables or cash to the baggage bays on the event day – the organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage

It is the charities responsibility to ensure that their participants have signed the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
